I was born into South Korea's foster care system and later adopted into the United States. Without much direction or motivation, I enrolled at my local community college, and it was there that I found my full potential, advocating for students across the country, earning 11 associate degrees and transferring to Stanford University (~1.6% acceptance rate). Now I hope to use that experience to support students navigating a difficult higher education system.
